Application details The leases of Brisbane City Council's swimming pools include a provision that "unless otherwise determined by the Manager...the Tenant shall keep the (main) swimming pool open for public use and allow all persons...to use the pool...during the scheduled swimming season between the hours of 8.00am and 7.00pm."
